Editorial Team

The journal editorial team consists of scientific editors who handle the peer-review process for submissions that have passed initial editorial checks. The team also meets online once a month to discuss current submissions, journal activities and overall developments. Team members represent the key subject areas that fall under the journal's scope and are ambassadors for GEUS Bulletin.

The current team of editors is made up of scientists from GEUS and other research institutions in the Nordics and includes:

External Editorial Board

The External Editorial Board is an independent advisory panel, which meets once a year to discuss the overall direction of GEUS Bulletin. Additional meetings are arranged at the Board's request. The Board is comprised of an international group of geoscientists who collectively represent the core geoscience topics published in the journal.

Current Board members are:

  • Prof. Hoori Ajami, University of California Riverside, USA
  • Dr. Karen Hanghøj, Director, British Geological Survey, UK
  • Dr. Diana Krawczyk, Senior Scientist, Greenland Climate Research Centre (GCRC) and the Greenland Institute of Natural Resources, Nuuk, Greenland.
